The New Hope Christian School Annual Dinner & Auction is a delightful evening that doubles as our largest fundraising event. The evening includes a catered dinner, silent auction, and oral auction. The proceeds from the auction are designated to help fund large school improvement projects and our financial aid program to help those who might not otherwise be able to attend our school. The auction proceeds benefit all school families by helping to keep tuition costs down. Most recently, auction funds have been used toward projects like the new roof, bleachers/upgrades for the gym, painting the school, and the new playground. We are so blessed to have amazing school families, staff, local businesses, and some not so local businesses that donate year after year which helps make our auction successful. We could not do it without you.


The auction committee is made up of a small group of dedicated parents who want to help bless our school. New members are always welcome and needed. The auction committee generally meets once a month during the school year until closer to the auction when we meet more often. There are projects that can be done at home or out in the community to help as well. The auction is a large event and takes a lot of helpers to make it successful. Please consider joining our team or volunteering your time the night of the auction. Any time that you dedicate to help the auction counts toward your partnership hours and is greatly appreciated.


Donations are the heart of any good auction. Any new or gently used item, large or small, is accepted and beneficial. Any services that you use or provide, crafts that you make, or products that you use/sell make great donations. Class baskets are another important way to help the auction be successful. Every class has a theme for their basket. The goal is to get each class basket to be a “live” auction item. Please consider asking businesses you frequent for donations. Donations are tax-deductible, and the forms may be obtained in the school office.

Tickets are on sale now! 20% Early Bird Discount for those purchased by 4/6

Tickets are available for purchase in the school office. Early bird prices are $28 each or $200 for a table of 8.  After 4/6, prices are $35 each or $250 for a table of 8.  Please invite as many people as you can.  Guest turnout makes all the difference in the success of our auction and promotes our school with the community.
