Since the fall of 2002, athletes at New Hope Christian Schools have enjoyed a number of Cross Country and Track successes:
In Cross Country:
2002 Boys District Champions  5^th in State Championships
2003 Boys District Champions  5^th in State Championships
2004 Boys District Champions  5^th in State Championships
2005 Boys District Champions  2^nd in State Championships, missing 1^st by 5 pts.
In 2006 with an extremely young team we placed only 5^th of 10 schools in our district.  
The fall 2007 season is promising to again be on top with a very strong middle school group joining our present young high school team.

In Track:
In the last five track seasons, New Hope athletes have scored 1^st – 8^th place in the state 1-A championships 43 times, 27 of those times by distance or middle distance runners.

   Oregon 1-A  Track Coach of the Year award by Whose Who In Oregon Track and Field  to a New Hope coach.
2006 Boys District Champions  4^th in State Championships
   Oregon 1A state Boys Track Athlete of the Year for NHCS Michael Mrkvicka, 1A State 1500M and 800M Champion.
2007 Boys District Champions  2^nd in State Championships
   2 New State Records set by Jacob Bowdoin, 1A State 3000M and 800M Champion.
