Drama Club

Mrs. Gutierrez is starting a drama club for 1^st-5^th grade students.  An information sheet is enclosed for those grade levels.

This Year, Renee Carlino Will Coach Our High School Girls’ Basketball Team

Mrs. Carlino, the middle school basketball coach and high school assistant basketball coach for several years, is eager to assume head coaching responsibilities. 

Another Coaching Need

Coach Howard Main (also our very active AD) needs an assistant for the high school boys’ basketball team.

School Lunch Program

Last year was a learning experience in our first year of using our kitchen.  It was great to offer very excellent hot lunches each day, but it cost the school too heavily to continue in the same manner.  This year to stream line this optional program, we are offering  a Thursday hot lunch each week.  Then, basically prepackaged items are sold on the other days.  This year in seeking to operate on a volunteer basis, Gretchen York is making herself available three days each week.  We need an additional adult who can volunteer one or two days/week from 10:50 a.m. to approximately 12:20 p.m.

This Saturday Work Day, 8:00 a.m. until Noon

Please assist us with many campus fall needs: 

1.     Make some elementary classrooms more comfortable with window replacements, double-pane replacing single-pane windows.  The husbands of our 2^nd and 3^rd grade teachers plan to give us their day to direct this needed work!  We can make great progress if we get some more helpers.
