Thanks for so MANY dozens of you  who are volunteering in many areas of our school operations!  You are great.

Activity Bus Drivers.  Drivers are needed who can drive for field trips as well as for sporting events. 

Playground Work Day Plans: 

• Veterans Day, Friday, November 10^th
• Saturday, November 11^th

The focus will be playground improvements, but window replacement and help in other areas will be gladly accepted.  Helpers will be served a continental breakfast at 7:30 – 8:15 a.m. on Friday (no school) and a pancake breakfast for the same time on Saturday.

Make-up Picture Day.  Thursday, Oct. 26^th

Parent Conferences.   Please complete the sign-up forms sent home in last week’s envelope or call the office to schedule.

Needed.  Middle school junior varsity boys’ basketball coach.

Rummage for Harvest Festival: 

• IF it is not raining, deliver saleable items (no clothing) to the hillside below the flag on the Thursday and Friday before our event.
• Funds raised from this sale will help offset the big transportation expenses for our basketball program.
• Volunteers are still needed to set up the rummage on Friday and help conduct the sales on Saturday.  (The principal will watch the site during the night Friday.)

Introduce Our School to Others by Purchasing and Giving Them Harvest Festival Lunch Tickets.

Any Parent Volunteers to Post our Harvest Festival Flyer Around Town?

School Zone Speed.  The speed near campus is 20 MPH.

NHCS Housing for Rent to Individuals or Families Totally Compatible With Our School’s Mission and Goals:

• Two bedroom, two bath mobile home.
• Travel trailer for one person
• These are restricted rentals since they are a part of the school.  Any adult residing in the spaces must be cleared by an FBI background check, be established in a local church, have a good testimony of following the Lord, and recognize that space must be given to a school staff member when needed by NHCS staff.
• Check regarding additional housing requirements.
