Harvest Festival:

Thank you to those who have signed up to help with Saturday’s Harvest Festival!!! We are still needing a few more “hands”! Contact Gina at 541-218-6772 or email PTF@newhopechristian.net (put “Harvest Festival” in the subject line).
Remember…your time counts for your work partnership hours. This is a great way to have fun and complete a lot of hours.
This Harvest Festival will be one to remember. We will have Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Deep Fried Twinkies and Oreos. Our classes have some exciting games picked out, as well as an inflatable obstacle course, a giant Velcro wall, and much more…you will not want to miss this exciting event of family, fun, and fellowship!!!!

Box Tops and Campbell Labels:

The fall contest for labels and box tops ends next Friday, October 26th. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 students who turn in the most labels / box tops combined. The classroom that turns in the most will receive a party. Thank you for supporting this program! To find a list of eligible products, visit www.boxtops4education.com and www.labelsforeducation.com.

Parent-Student Handbooks:

The Secondary Handbook 2012-2013 and the Elementary Handbook 2012-2013 are now both on the website. The handbooks have been updated for this year. Please read them thoroughly as there have been additions, deletions, and changes.

Lunch Announcements:

Please provide either a lunch or money to purchase lunch for your student(s). Money can be placed on a lunch account through the school office. The office does not have money to loan students who forget or come unprepared. Thank you!

Moms in Prayer:

Moms in Prayer meets every Tuesday at 8-9am. Come and join others in praying for our school, staff, families, and students.

Breakfast at Applebee’s:

The Senior class will be having an Applebee’s pancake breakfast fundraiser on November 17th, 8-10am. Come and enjoy pancakes, sausage, coffee, and soft drinks. The tickets are $7 each. See a senior or the office to purchase a ticket! Thank you for supporting the Senior class!

Grant Writer Wanted:

We are looking for a volunteer to do grant writing for NHCS. Contact our office if you are interested.
