2012 AUCTION REQUEST:

Parents, as you are doing your Christmas shopping, please keep the upcoming “Reaching for the Stars Dinner & Auction” in mind. The holiday bargain sales might be a good time for you to pick up an item that can be auctioned off. Every new item donation adds up and lends itself toward having a successful Auction.

CLASS AUCTION BASKETS:

Baskets, Baskets, Read All About It……The auction committee is still looking for a parent from 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th grades to oversee the class basket that will be auctioned off in May. If you are interested, please contact your child’s teacher or Rachel Bumgardner through the web site contact form. This task is a fun way to get the kids and families excited about the upcoming auction!

XCHANGE PROGRAM:

Visit www.newhopechristian.net/xchange and check out this exciting new program. New Hope gets a percentage from every gift card! Get involved and order yours today!

NH FINANCIAL RECORDS AVAILABLE IN OFFICE:

Our NH financial records are in a binder in the office for those who would want to view them.

EVERYDAY PARKING AT NEW HOPE:

The upper parking lot off of New Hope Rd. is reserved for handicapped, senior citizen, and faculty parking. Parents, please drop off and pick up your children in the lower parking lot off of Hidden Valley Rd. The lower parking lot is for visitor and student parking.

Due to the damage to our track and drainage pipe from vehicles driving on them, as well as blocking the fire lane behind the gym, we are unable to park in that area. Please plan on parking in the lower parking lot off of Hidden Valley Rd. when you visit the school.

ATHLETIC CALENDAR:

The schedule of basketball games is always subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, check out the Athletic Calendar at http://www.newhopechristian.net/athletics/athletic-calendar.

CONCESSION/GATE HELP IS NEEDED FOR HIGH SCHOOL HOME BASKETBALL GAMES:

Volunteers are needed to work in the HS basketball concessions booth throughout the basketball season. If you can work at least one hour (setting up, serving, or cleanup), contact Sharon through the web site contact form. Concessions help offset many costs associated with our basketball programs.

BOX TOPS/SOUP LABELS CONTEST:

Box Tops and Campbell Labels are due by January 6th! Christmas break is a great time to ask friends, family, and neighbors to save their labels and box tops. The class that collects the most by January 6 will earn a class party. Make sure they are put into a baggie or envelope marked with student’s name and grade and turned in to the office.

Here is a website that details the products that have eligible Box Tops:
