Mrs. Joesett Dirling
I received my Bachelor of Arts from California State University Fullerton in ‘93 and then went on to receive my teaching credential at Concordia University in ‘94. Currently, I am working on my continuing education through Portland State University’s Distance Learning Program (2000-present).
I have taught elementary school in Southern California ‘94-’96, as well as in Grants Pass School District in a shared contract and substitute teaching ‘98-2002 (part-time work to be home with my children). After the birth of our third child, I stopped working to be home full-time and to volunteer at school.
I’ve been married to Ray since ‘94, and we’ve been blessed with three children – Sierra, Mikaeli, and Joseph. All three have attended New Hope from 2005 to the present.
My favorite verses are Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me and Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, wakeboarding, hiking, riding quads, running, watching movies, reading books, cooking as well as eating, and staying involved with whatever my kids do.
